Types of Care

We provide a range of care and specialist services, tailored to meet resident’s needs. We offer residential care, dementia care, nursing care, respite care, palliative care and end-of-life care. We place a keen emphasis on enriching the lives of residents in all our facilities. We ensure every resident receives the right personalised and responsive care, treatment and support they need

Residential Care

We provide quality personal care, formally known as residential care (no assessed nursing needs) in our care homes for older people requiring residential living, and who require support with the day-to-day activities of living, such as dressing, bathing, engaging, or taking medication.

We ensure kind, thoughtful caring is at hand whenever needed. Our facilities, service excellence, and trained care staff promote the independence, health, safety, and wellbeing of each individual resident. We provide a range of life enriching activities and occupations, and actively support the families and friends of those living in all our facilities.

Nursing Care

We are registered to provide quality, evidence based nursing care for people assessed as having nursing needs, who require ongoing nursing care and support.

Our team of skilled and fully qualified nurses are committed to providing 24-hour nursing care, maintaining the health, wellbeing, and dignity of each resident.

Dementia Care

We provide specialist care, nursing and/or personal care for people living with a dementia or related condition.

Our care for those living with a dementia is delivered by specifically trained and supported carers, who are experienced in identifying and understanding the unique opportunities, and difficulties that those living with a dementia, their families and friends may experience. Our facilities are adapted to provide a safe, enhanced environment intended to maximise independence, reduce stress, and promote health and wellbeing.

Respite Care

We provide respite care (also known as short stay care) that allows families and friends who provide ongoing care to have a break and take some well-deserved time off.

Thanks to our suitably trained, caring and friendly staff, carers can have peace of mind knowing that their friend, relative or loved one is in a safe hands, receiving the right care, with equal access to the homes services and facilities. Our respite care is tailored each individual’s needs, and whether for a few days or a few weeks, we are committed to helping all who stay with us feel welcome and have a positive care experience.

End-of-Life Care

We provide high quality end-of-life care that helps people live as well as possible and to die with dignity.

Our experienced care teams work sensitively to support residents, to address needs and fulfil their personal wishes and goals, supporting family, carers, and friends. Our care homes that offer an end-of-life service undertake vigorous internal and external assessment and are either accredited or in the process of becoming accredited with the industry recognised Gold Standard Framework award.

Mental Health

We provide specialist mental health care for adults over the age of 18.

We employ specially trained staff who have experience specifically working in mental health care and support our service users to live an independent lifestyle, whilst supporting them in achieving their goals and aspirations in safe caring environment.
