Hi, I’m Tracey!
I have worked in the Social Care Sector for the last 32 years, since leaving school, working in a diverse range of services.

I have been a registered manager in my last 4 services and have had a good rating in all inspections. I have managed a variety of services, including challenging behaviour services, complex needs, Autism and physical disabilities, always being CQC compliant and having great relationships with other professionals.

Working with most client groups has enabled me to provide support in many different forms and be able to use all of the skills learned to provide exceptional support along this journey. Seeing many changes along the way and being able to implement these for the people we support and seeing the changes, legislative and local have a positive impact on the individual is my passion.

My greatest passion and skill set lies within the learning disability/Autism and complex needs area, where I feel individuals most often are marginalised and need our sector to be their voice and champion.

I am always open and welcome positive changes, always ready to take on professional development and continue to learn and grow as a manager.
