To preserve their independence and freedom of choice, residents should feel safe and secure in their immediate environment. This is particularly true of residents who, due to their mental health issues, are unable to preserve their own safety. We support these residents by ensuring the perimeter of the building is kept secure, with alarmed doors that link to the main call panel. In order to minimise hazards and monitor residents who are at risk from hazards, we conduct risk assessments when necessary.

We monitor our standards of health, safety and care practices closely and have a whistle blowing procedure to reduce the possibility of potential abuse. Each resident will be provided with a copy of the company complaints procedure to enable them to seek assistance if required.
